On a bright, sunny but chilly day eleven ramblers did a short 3 mile walk around the outskirts of Batsford Arboretum walking uphill through a small wood and then downhill along a quiet country road and over several fields (Unfortunately we did not see the deer which I saw on my walkover) back to the arboretum. All then enjoyed drinks and cakes in the restaurant and five of us then enjoyed a gentle stroll around the Arboretum.
