Starting from Bibury 13 Ramblers walked across the beautiful open downs, with a short coffee stop on our way to Coln St Aldwyns.
We then followed the river through pastures of the Coln Valley where we had a lunch stop by the side of the river. The weather was very kind to us, it was a warm breezy day.
After lunch we then climbed the steep wooded track running the outer edge of Oxhill Wood, which curved down to a track which lead to Bibury Cricket Pitch. We then followed the track descending to pass the back gardens of Arlington Row, the famous weavers cottages, back into Bibury.
