On hot and breezy afternoon 19 walkers left Scrubditch Carefarm and took a footpath down to North Cerney church  to view a mediaeval carving on an outer wall.

 Then walking up through the village we gained the footpath that runs along the river Churn to Perrots Brook . After crossing the Cheltenham Rd we crossed a small meadow to Cutham Hill.

 Walking up the hill we reached Scrubditch Farm which we passed through to reach once again the Carefarm .

 After admiring the 2 sows Mabel and Deedee, we went and  joined our other ramblers for  a lovely strawberry tea. We were joined at the tea by Emma Costly- Wight, CEO of the Carefarm, by whose kind permission we were invited to the farm, and her daughter Ella as our guests.
