Cirencester Ramblers

Ten walkers set off in the sunshine for a relatively gentle walk around the Forest of Dean. They walked on quiet forest tracks, old railway lines, busy with families on bikes, and at one point yomping across pathless terrain (no we were not lost).

Due to a notifiable disease the beavers were no longer in their enclosure so the walk was changed to take in Woorgreens Lake and ten of the many sculptures installed across the Forest.

So although not delivering all the physical challenge that was promised there was plenty of intellectual stimulation.
