Thirteen walkers left Lechlade in warm sunshine. We immediately went back 5000 years with a site visit to the Neolithic Cursus.
Then on through several hedges which required the members of the Path Maintenance Team to cut back brambles and nettles.
On to the recently installed bridge by Thornhill Farm where more brambles were removed.
After an interesting crossing of the A417 lunch was beside the Bowmoor Sailing Lake where the majority choose a spot in the shade.
Finally through the exclusive Lakes by Yoo development, over the Thames and back to Lechlade using the damaged, but passable, Halfpenny Bridge.

No path to follow!
