On Wednesday 7th July, 17 members set out on a circular 4½ mile walk from Harford Bridge, Naunton.

The walk went along the River Windrush valley, past Cotswold sheep and longhorn cattle.

Then climbed up through woods with a forty year old heronry in it. After a short coffee stop, we went on through farmland and down a single track road, with stunning Cotswold views across the Windrush valley, back to the start.

Fourteen members then enjoyed lunch outside the Black Horse pub in Naunton.
