On a sunny day 17 walkers set out from Overbury on a 10 mile walk with a shorter 7 mile option. Walking along the lower slopes of Bredon Hill they passed through the villages of Conderton and Grafton before reaching Aston Under Hill where they stopped at the church for morning coffee.

A climb lasting 60 minutes saw the walkers on the top of Bredon Hill at the Mast. This is where the two groups separated, with the group on the shorter walk descending back to Overbury passing through Overbury Wood.

Those on the long walk continued onto Banbury Stone Tower where they had lunch and took in the panoramic views. The Vale of Evesham, Malvern Hills, the Black Mountains and Gloucester could all be seen.

They then descended through the Warren to Bredons Norton, returning along the lower slopes, passing through Westmancote and Kemerton.
