On a bright sunny morning 35 people arrived at the Old Railway car park, near the Tetbury Goods Shed Arts Centre, which was converted from a Victorian railway building in 2017.  We set off past The Royal Oak pub, and onto the main road out of Tetbury, past the Audi garage, before veering off at The Cherish Salon sign, to cross fields and pass Duchy Home Farm.

The route then crossed several fields, eventually reaching a field belonging to Colly Farm (which supplies barley to Stroud Brewery). We went along Ridges Lane and onto Star Farm, where we stopped for coffee.

After that we walked along a quiet road and over a horse stile before turning right into Grove Farm.  After another field we stopped for lunch, then headed to the Trouble House. Crossing the main road we picked up the old railway track straight back into the car park having walked 7.5 miles on a beautiful spring day.
