On a pleasant Sunday afternoon 20 walkers returned from an enjoyable walk in Stow (see walks report) to join more friends for our annual strawberry tea on a special day as part of our 50th Anniversary Year. This year it was held at Brio Beachwood Park Retirement Village in Stow. They made us very welcome and with their facilities, tea and coffee, while members provided the tasty goodies for the tea together. Add strawberries and cream and we had an enjoyable tea and a chance to sit in a convivial atmosphere to catch up with old friends and new members. We all went home, some to watch the football, tired, full and happy after a great afternoon. Our thanks to Brio Beachwood Park.
