On Saturday evening 20th October, 36 members and guests enjoyed a skittles evening at Down Ampney Football Club.  In between bowling we could put our minds to Steve Meredith's cryptic quiz sheets.  After two rounds of skittles we all tucked into an excellent bring and share supper.  After a final round of skittles the winners were Stuart & Sue Dyer with Brian & Tina Reynolds coming second.  The winners of the quiz were Paul & Sarah Maidens with Phil & Jean Hardy in second place.  This just left time to draw the raffle before heading home with "doggy bags" full of the surplus bring and share supper!  Our thanks to Stuart, Sue (and family for their help), Steve and Rosemary for organising an entertaining evening of fun; and Down Ampney Football Club for the use of their facilities.
