Cirencester Ramblers

On Tuesday 3rd December 13 members, 2 guests and 3 dogs set off on a 4½ mile walk from Bourton-on-the-Water.

On a lovely crisp and sunny December day we walked alongside the River Windrush into Bourton; and then continued past the Christmas Tree in the river.

Leaving Bourton we took a path behind Birdland to a lane passing Marshmouth Farm, until we reached the Diamond Way. Following the Diamond Way we walked past all the  lakes that surround Bourton, until we reached the Greystones Farm Nature Reserve.

Here we followed the Time Traveller's Trail back into Bourton where we enjoyed a lovely lunch in the Duke of Wellington pub.
