Name: Ramblers led walk on Sun, 13th September, Medieval Villages and Valleys
Location: The walk is mostly over farmland with some overgrown tracks, there is an uneven hill climb where poles would be useful. We visit the villages of Cold Aston and Notgrove and the hamlet of Aylworth. 2 refreshment stops.

Finish: Waylands Smithy (on the Ridgeway)

Passing Through: Great Barrington, Little Coxwell

Information: It was created in 1986 to mark the Oxford Footpath Society's Diamond Jubilee and takes its name from Colonel W. P. d'Arcy, a founder member of the Society.
