On Sunday 4th February, a cold and frosty morning, 13 members left Bisley for a 7.5 circular walk. They headed down Hayhedge lane and walked through Gat wood to Bournes Green, where they stopped for a warming coffee break.
The route then took them to the village of Oakridge and on to Isles Green and Far Oakridge. They took a lunch break before walking through Frith Wood and returned to Bisley via Water Lane.
Before we got really muddy!
Nice to see that the section of the Wysis Way that the Footpath Maintenance Volunteers cleared in the Autumn was still looking good!
There were some tricky stiles to negotiate!
