On Thursday 12th October, 21 members did a 5.5 mile walk around Berry Head. The group took the bus from Torquay to Brixham where the walk would start and finish. Making their way out of Brixham through Higher Brixham the group reached the South West Coast Path near Sharkham Point. The group followed the SWCP along the cliff top past St Mary's Bay and Durl Head until they reached Berry Head. Here they stopped at the café for a coffee break and time to explore the headland, where dolphins were seen. Refreshed they continued on the SWCP back into Brixham and the bus back to Torquay; and a cheese and cider tasting in the Toorak Hotel.
